Nothing there in the article that really turns me on, but I would be interested in seeing pics of the other vehicles. To be honest, I'd like to try a hydrogen fuel cell car. Something will need to balance out our approaching over-reliance on the electricity grid.

I'm not interested in these ugly concept cars. I need an affordable electric self-driving SUV that I can actually drive, not only take pictures at the auto shows.

Kudos to Toyota for the Prius, the most recognized car of the last 20 years.

Too many cars look similar, regardless of the brand (Toyota, ford, Hyundai, etc). Give some visual distinction in the product besides the brand tag. How about delorean doors, aircraft steering wheel (_), futuristic blindly lights (said it was distracting in the 80s, but now there's a GPS screen lit the entire time so that excuse goes out), etc.

And flying cars (beats traffic).

On that note, why do people say that flying cars need an air traffic control when land cars don't require a ground traffic control. When was the last time anyone filed a land plan, radioed for pulling out of the driveway, and radioed again for entering the roads? Ridiculous.
