Totally impossible view from Kanagawa-ken.

That slight bump would be on the left which is the South side where there is less snow.

This is a view from Fujin from the Western side. I surf all the time and am in the water. Fuji stands out Majestically.

Fuji is in Yamanashi-ken. Nakai is in Kanagawa. It is East of Fuji.

Mt Hoei (The little bump) is on the right from here in Shizuoka as well, a little more prominent than this view. I never get tired of seeing Mt Fuji.

Nice picture. Majestic. I love Fuji and always make sure to get a E seat on the Shinkansen for a good view.

Shonanbb, the caption is accurate. Dont get mixed up with the bump. Look for the crater which is (almost) due south from the centre of the peak. So looking from the east, the creter's to the left, as should be (although you might not easily recognise the crater here). Cheers.

Gorgeous. The view from the Shink is awful, though, too many factories, chimneys and cables.
