Verlander wins 200th; Astros back ahead of A's with 9-4 win

As Orel Hershiser said, the win or loss from a pitcher does in some ways start to give us an idea of who are the best ones. Verlander is no doubt one of the great guys of the game and an awesome pitcher but his ERA stands on its own. Win loss is still a stat that can go away forever.
