British media say crash suspect is Briton of Sudanese origin

London is a bright multicultural city where cars are directed at pedestrians near the British parliament for reasons that are never fully explained.

The strange thing is that I have met many friendly Nigerians,Kenyans and have been saved from a racist attack by a British born guy of Jamaican parents;I fail to see what sets off the Sudanese?

The British press has never adequately explained this.

Perhaps the perpetrator himself would be best placed to give an explanation as to why he did it.

The accused is not talking, so I doubt we'll get an explanation anytime soon.
