Global food waste could rise by a third by 2030: study

I'd like to know what percentage of the waste is inside the home, and how much on its way from the farm and in the shop.

Also, what is waste? Skins of fruit end up in my trash can as waste, but what's the alternative?

I bury in the garden and have great soil (vegetarian). I also do beach cleaning of McDonald’s, combini food etc, which is burned at the center. I hate doing that.
