Tillerson says farewell to 'a very mean-spirited town'

“This can be a very mean-spirited town,” said the pot to the kettle.

And yet Tillerson chose to work for the most mean-spirited man the White House has ever seen.

What Tillerson did to the State Dept. borders on treason. It will take decades to rebuild the agency and to reestablish the intellectual capital that existed when Trump and his slaughterhouse cabinet came to power. I have no sympathy or tolerance for anyone who wittingly aided and abetted this deplorable presidency.

I echo that. RExxon was in way over his head in that role. He was another example of the flawed 'we need business people in government' line of so called reasoning.

He's no victim. He can't be excused from his role in further damaging the US, perhaps irreparably.

But that's what Trump supporters have said all along they wanted. Now they own the sinking ship of state.

Good riddance to an out of depth moron who actively participated in the sabotage of America. He was truly one of the worst Secretaries of State in American history.

Not surprisingly, I can think of one who was worse. But good riddance to Tillerson. Once you start undermining your boss it’s time to leave.
