This old entitled fogey just won't listen, even if he injures or kills someone else.

Police have not disclosed who was at fault for the crash

Oh, come on, he was turning into a main road, wasn't he?

They should lock him up without bail until trial.  And we shouylod be outraged that an old geezer like this is allowed to drive.

Oh, wait, this happened in England I take back my comments  ;;))

In Japan points are deducted not only if the driver is not wearing a seatbelt but in the case of passengers too.

Breaking the seatbelt law will lead to having to renew the subsequent license earlier attending a lecture and doing the renewal at a more inconvenient location.

Insurance renewal premiums will also potentially take a hit too.

97 and still allowed to drive... come on. Luckily, no body got seriously injured this time. Read earlier that he was seen driving again.... without wearing his seatbelt AGAIN.
