Nuclear weapons are expensive last century. Biological warfare is the future.

We better all prepare for the zombie apocalypse then. There are no boundaries in biological warfare, it kills everyone. Thats why it is considered a weapon of mass destruction, as are chemical weapons and nuclear weapons. There are now active treaties now covering all three forms of mass destruction I believe.

It does not mean anything, There would have to be many more that would not only sign up but be willing to cut business and even diplomatic ties with nuclear armed countries and that will never happen. The nuke owners like the non proliferation as long they can keep and even increase their stocks. despite the talk of unity world is more and more divided and no big united deals will be made or respected.

Dont forget America, China, Russia, India, Pakistan, Israel, France and England. Let me know when they all sign up. It is no point till all sign up. It will just be ignored by those who have them.

I for one am going to sleep soundly now knowing that Honduras won't be going nuclear.

Meaningless virtue signaling- a UN specialty.

The U.N. does not have the authority, or the power, or the jurisdiction, or a military force to "force" nuclear nations to give up their nuclear arsenals. More money, and time, wasted by those who make a very nice living working at the U.N..
