Yes, it is totally unwarranted for Iran to blame the sponsors of ISIS, the Taliban, MEK, and too many other death squads to name, and the democracy averse regimes that the US also arms and unleashes on civilians and democratically elected governments for this attack on civilians and the symbols of a democratically elected government.
At least, according to the Butcher of Fallujah, and the rest of the (to borrow from a popular writer) Deatheaters.
For anyone else, it is as 'unreasonable' as holding that global warming is why typhoon and hurricane season is longer than it used to be.
