I like the Nescafé coffee, but felt it was completely, avoidably irresponsible to use it. Darn handy, though.

i will be looking to buy this Migros system when I see it on sale here.

I might buy it one day, but as with everything new they always need to tweak or modify things on new products after their initial roll-out, I’ll wait for a year or two and check out all the reviews, and then I’ll make my decision if I’m gonna buy one or not

I guess this is a compromise between buying the beans (with all the extra inconvenient steps) and buying the already prepared pods (that are ecologically much worse). It may not make a huge impact on the problem but it is nice to see companies investing to do something about it in their small segment of the market, maybe others will follow.

Migros must have balls to take on Nespresso.

The company will probably offer the coffee maker at a huge discount in the rollout stage, but they'll charge an arm and leg for the coffee balls! If it’s less expensive than a Nespresso, I’ll buy it.
