I’m sure Kirin are happier selling to an Aussie company, than a Chinese one

Good luck with raising the A$401 million in this equity market. All the gains are solely in tech firms; equity for a yogurt maker will be undersubscribed. They would do better with a debt offering as many investors are hungry for a decent rate of return backed up by non-speculative assets.
