Buy cheap mid-cap techs. And be patient. Very patient. And don't pay some high-paid person to "pick" them for you. Get an index fund and wait a decade or so.

Hmmmmmm.......   If the BoJ ever begins to unwind their dumb asset purchase policy watch the market plummet again.

Buy. Buy. Values will go up. Buy for long term. Buying a stock is not a lottery ticket. You get a better return than at the bank.

That's what the Fed has been doing for a while now. The critics back then predicted doom, including market crash and spiking yields. In fact, the market's at record highs and yields are so low as to cause a yield-curve inversion.
