The government is trying to introduce an indoor smoking ban but critics say it has been watered down due to opposition from small restaurant and bar owners.

All the bar and restaurant owners I talked with have never been asked their opinion nor received any notice of inquiry on whether to ban indoor smoking or not. So, where is all the so called data coming from about the opposition?
