Japanese goverment has to get more sensitive to improve japanese economy.

Japanese firms remain wary of raising prices of their goods and services for fear of scaring away cost-sensitive households...

That's because they know those households earn salaries paid by them, which is why the households are so "cost-sensitive." LOL. "Skint" is a better word.

The BOJ’s attempt to change such deflationary mindset...

Wrong direction. The authorities need to focus on the "wage suppression mindset" among the highly profitable corporations. That would work, but it ain't gonna happen.
