Unlike small businesses, who have to jump through hoops and wait until they're bankrupt to MAYBE see about a quarter of a month's income in assistance, these guys will get BILLIONS before the week is through, and won't use it with the attached "request" that they use at least some of that to keep staff on.

It's a good news. It means Japanese people, indeed, observed recommended isolation and quarantine.
