Really ? My credit card and bank details were just hacked from Mizuho bank. The call centre refused to do anything at all, even give me their names. This after I notified one month earlier of a suspicious activity on my card, IGNORED by Mizuho.
in any other country I would have protection and a new card in 24hrs. A new bank account in days.
in Japan I need to wait 4 weeks or more for a new creditcard.
but wait, Japan will soon be the new financial centre of the world.
