Skeptics might get think the streak has something to do with govt affiliated forces buying stocks before the election.

Personally I don't see the motivation to buy J-stocks on a more of the same Abe victory, either.

That the dollar went up on the US tax-cut news is perhaps the most instructive information in all of it.
