He may think twice now about having a seat on the Board of a Japanese Company... even with sound Legal advice, the position would appear to be subject to the now vague and clearly manipulative Legal system here in Japan.
Best sit this one out.... way outside of Japan.

Yeah, and the one exposing wring doing was the one fired. Never heard about the Japanese staff getting accused or indicted.
