This c19 virus has had a profound effect on our lives and the economy, some companies will file for bankruptcy , some will gain, and flourish. it has certainly had an effect on me, and people around me, it is as if the whole economy has had a major reshuffle. people are doing thing that they would not have done before as they didn't have to, but now its a case of survival. I've noticed that baking flower is hard to get hold of, as people are at home baking with there children that are not at school, people are not having as many take away meals as they are not at work, so they are at home with time to cook a proper meal, which is a good thing as a nation were pretty much over weight. the pace of life has slowed right down, which is a good thing. and its very quiet, which is good, I love to hear the birds sing first thing in the morning whilst I am drinking my first tea of the morning, nature has started to creep back into our lives.

Oh, I get it! A foreign start up (Uber Taxi) undermining the taxi industry’s nice little earner = NG. But a taxi industry invading Uber Eats and other delivery services’ territory, no problem at all.

lol yeah thinking the same thing, Uber isnt stupid thats why they teamed up with Toyota, they're in it for the long hall. once self driving taxis start operating, Toyota will dominate the self driving taxi industry in the future and they have the money and political power to do it. Uber is just delivering food in the meantime while hitching a ride on Toyota coattails. Begging of the end for outdated overpriced taxi industry
