It's really hard blow for hard working businesses. But a lot of poorly managed businesses are also gonna use this opportunity to close and file for bankruptcy to avoid paying any of their debts.

Just what the oligarchs want: for small businesses to go out of business, and for the megacorporations they own to sweep in and become the only game in town.

The government(s) should consider part time opening rather than full shut down . . . . Perhaps, could help keep the economy going.

Unless there's massive debt relief or forgiveness for citizens and small/medium businesses, the economic landscape post COVID-19 is going to be very bleak.

Reopening at this time is not the answer, just simple foolishness.
