HK is not safe for its own citizens. Two elderly bystanders killed by idealistic protesters- one with a flying brick, the other burnt to death with accelerant.

My student's manager just came back from Hong Kong and he says it's like civil war. All the staff want to transfer out of Hong Kong out of fear. The only good thing is you can drive your car fast because the police are busy so won't stop you.
