This is most likely due to those companies being more forward thinking and flexible to changes while those without are most likely companies heavily rooted in tradition and the consistency of the process that has led to their success up to now.

You know what also is effective?

People in charge that actually know what they are doing, as opposed to people in charge that got the job from just knowing someone in power.

That is regardless of them being male or female. Competence is gold!

People in-charge must know, what they are doing. Just having likes & dislikes are a big tragedy.

All fine & dandy but when are we going to see a similar article asking for more women to dig ditches or climb utility poles, you know even up things in the blue collar area. And also make sure there are more male nurses & teachers & daycare workers...……...
