Asian shares mostly rise on relief over U.S. bank strength

American bank do not have enough liquid assets,they only pay pennies for every 100 dollars deposit ,lots of banks are holding assets that are under water ,they are allowed to lend 80 percent of deposit,the SVB is still on life support,the FDIC is performing triage

They will get a grilling about the lack regulation on bank, when they are more concerned about what American are legitimate doing with their own money,and could not prove ,ask your bank could they give your 10000 in hard cash of your ,they will say no
