Asian shares mostly rise on virus vaccine, Yellen hopes

I dont see why Japan stocks should be rising. Democratic presidents have tend to led weak dollar policies in the recent decades, and I can see a high likelihood of Yen hitting 1 USD: 80 JPY in the next couple of years regardless of actions by the Japanese central bank.
