I think that that is the least of the problems for Australia in it's current state.

Cars manufactures will be exporting all their car that do met emission standards in there countries on the Australian market So do you think car manufacturer are going do a resonable price on EV for Australia . No they will make it difficult because the fossil fuel car will have a much move profit margin then the EV 's while the EV market will be very competitive. Australia do have poor emission stand and until these standard fall in line with other major markets, car manufacturers are going to off load there stock of fossil fuel car into the Australian market and keep EV price higher. Morrison knows this and will not allow his party to pass a new emission standard. So Morrison is Lying again. This blokes Morrison pants must be made of coal LOL.
