It's not just a name change, but a "Series" change.. the whole point of calling it a 737 was that Boeing could fool airlines into believing the marketing propaganda that Pilots would not need full training like they would on a new Series... well, you know a Computer is a Computer you know one, you know them all right... ?

Oh and the Optional Extras... gee it's at least got two wings! Would really like to know if the aircraft is minus optional extras such as "Safety systems" rather than it's minus the luxury shower room....

For now, just fly something other than Boeing. Make a statement that hits them where it hurts.

If I know in advance my flight will be flying 737 MAX and then I won't be boarded on the plane. Boeing must change the 737 MAX series name. If the Boeing Company insists to change the name of 737 MAX and then there will be another problem for Boeing Company. Boeing will lose customers to Airbus.
