Wrong. Or, at least, misleading. Without inflation, growth has to be genuine. Inflation allows failing companies to paper over their problems as sales and profits rise not because of improvements, but because the money they are denominated in is losing value.

As long as small scale businesses are not prohibited or unnecessarily restricted from entering markets and I can buy products they make and services they offer instead of those of the oligopolies, let the leviathans consume each other, let the predators prey on each other.
