China makes a lot of Fake rubbish... the locals realize this. Similarly being Single (not married) has become more popular since the Tradition of buying a place before you get married, has been hit hard by the current Governments' Policies... Negative Equity is the thing now for home owners in China, and with the Government threatening State ownership of Private Properties.. why buy ?
