Meh, more double speak. Momentum towards what? Being controlled by the CCP?

Keep opening up? To what? CCP suppression?

If the CCP can't kick start a consumption based economy, China will collapse quicker than its rise.

Property - kaput.

Finance - kaput.

Tech - near kaput.

Education - near kaput.

Demographics - near kaput.

State subsidies - through the roof, but no gain, zilch. If anything, preparing for a future of uncompetitiveness.

China, the lynchpin for economic growth both in East and Southeast Asia. Always has been. Nothing has changed except Biden and Blinken trying to run interference.
