Evergrande can't survive without a Government infusion of Cash, and the CCP won't provide it, since Xi's Policy is to take down his adversaries of the past decades, at the expense of the whole Country. He simply wants revenge of the past against his opponents, and this is what we are seeing acting out... it's like a Mafia Clan War-fare.

Lawyers for Top Shine Global, the creditor who filed the petition, said they were "instructed not to present any argument" against another adjournment.

"So far as adjournment is concerned, we are reluctantly not opposing it," said a lawyer in court.

One has to wonder if there was perhaps some official direction from the CCP to hold off liquidating Evergrande?

The petitioner changed its position and didn't push to wind up the company, which is a surprise to us," Neil McDonald, a partner at law firm Kirkland & Ellis LLP, legal adviser to an ad-hoc group of creditors, told Bloomberg.

He added that the creditor group "has firmly rejected" the latest proposal Evergrande put forward to the court.

Now one has to wonder if this creditor group will receive some official direction to reconsider their opposition to Evergrande's restructuring?

Do you have any evidence that Hui Ka Yan is a political adversary of Xi Jinping? He is perhaps and embarrassment as his flagship company falls apart but I see no evidence of him opposing Xi in any way.
