Gelson's has stores in wealthy LA area neighborhoods like Century City, Hollywood, Encino, Laguna Beach, ect. It's probably not a store someone growing up in Southgate or Santa Fe Springs would be familiar with. I've seen them but never shopped in one. The prices are too high.
