So for 20 years they relied on part timers on contracts to implement their services, while phasing out full status employees. And NOW they're scrambling to fill their ranks and deal with turnout problems. Gee, who could have seen that coming? LOL.

All I can say is that my several return flights from Vancouver to Haneda on ANA were well-staffed and pleasant experiences. Far superior to the two Air Canada return flights I took ten years ago (and Narita is a boondoggle for the one-hour express train trip it takes to get to Tokyo Station). So, go ANA, take a step up and perhaps you'll become one of the world's top-rated carriers.
