It depends upon the Business. Some business such as Hoteliers will simply not be able to survive... would you pay to stay virtually in a hotel room without leaving your bedroom ?
Hmm... lovel hotels, could do a very interesting spin on that one, but... that's just my early hour thinking, though you heard it here first!
In the case of Hoteliers, their only way to survive in the short term, may be to sell time-shares upon rooms. But that would be a risk for both, particularly if the Hotel is in a huge amount of debt already.
Other businesses will need to adapt. Restaurants are turning to the likes of Uber Eats (Newbies on Bicycles - who're a danger to us all - or maybe just because the Russian Mafia is running the show in my area).
Its all about imagination - flexibility, size, etc.
