Imagine this happening in Japan. They’d just fire all the dispatch workers in one go.

How much money would they have lost if they had just paid the workers what they deserved? Now Ford is crying about the money they have lost. The workers were worth more than what they were paid and if Ford had realized that and paid them their losses would have been miniscule. It's pretty hard to feel sorry for Ford.

Well, that's a good question, but you still have to define how much they deserve, right?

Apparently, Gene cannot define how much they deserve. It is a difficult problem, indeed!
