This sounds more like a gambit by GM to break the UAW than anything else. So far the judge hasn't been fooled by the arguments of GM's attorneys and has stuck to the evidence at hand.

FCA-and GM were talking about a Merger years ago. I cant give to much detail away. I would lose anonymity here on JT and that I do not want. But as a former FCA product pusher here in Japan. Ferrari/Maserati/ Fiat/Abarth- There was talk that FCA wanted the Hummer brand very badly. Mainly rights to the chassis. Can you imagine? Just for the chassis cause Fiat had this idea to launch a Fiat based Hummer monstrosity EV thing, Neither here nor their, terms were not right and the deal EV cars had not really caught on. Anyways this deal disintegrated before or our eyes. And peoples feelings got bent. Do you not find it as well a coincidence that GM just announced the Hummer is coming back in the EV model. See link below.

This idea was thought of in the FCA think tanks. When GM got wind what FCA was thinking they saw a chance to bring the immense gas guzzling H2 and H3 back to life. This is just more than a shift in mergers. If GM can successfully market this new H4 EV Truck and mass sell it. Then offer a Chevy some sort of lower cost EV thing pick up truck. We are talking about EV car market take over in the first steps. You really need to look at the big picture here. In the not so near future but at some point having a gas engine vehicle will require so much cost that the average person will not be able to keep one and maintain it. Gettelfinger/Williams, Ashton and former Vice President General Holiefield. These people are aspirated engine spokes people. Do anything to EV cars off the market. GM is not fabricating this I think. It would be more like this. You almost just got ripped off by a great con artist. But your gut feeling told you do not do it. Do not fall in to the trap. While your brain was saying yes yes buy in to it. Looks totally and utterly legit. Later more was reveled in the scam*that it was a great scam on Merdoff levels) and now your warning others with some embellishing and truth stretching.

GM maybe still bit butt hurt and is embellishing a bit. Fabricating a bit too.

One never knows,
