A economic and political "move" for sure.
The "fear" of "losing" access to and the tariff free status with EU can and may make a difference for Honda.
They could have left the factory in Britain to make cars for Britain, but then that market may not be enough to sustain such a large factory.
All this would not have happened, if EU did not exist.
So much "problems" started and continues from the very beginning of EU.
It will be difficult to determine if there will be any real resolution to those problems.
