Yes as Nissan is too (down 15%), maybe you need Ghosn to help you make EVs.

Maybe because of SUV but for sure also Tesla and EV cars. Honda need to come up with some good EV cars. Many of Honda's customers in USA is switching to Tesla.

And hopefully we will have the new Model 3 coming soon to Japan, maybe then the Honda bosses will understand the future.

This probably has something to do with the booming economy.

The new NAFTA deal is going to be adding $68 billion to the U.S. economy.

Yet the price of crude oil is rising and soon it will be $3, $4 or even more dollars per gallon in the USA. This is because the supply of oil is crashing due to the USA hegemony. Soon you will not be able to even give away the large gas sucking American SUV and Truck.

A rise in SUVs... perhaps this is because of a troubling trend of People becoming more obese than ever... and the only type of Car to support them, is the misappropriately named "SUV" ?
