Because who cares about keeping jobs at home when you can have quantity over quality

Ha ha ! Japan Inc is always thinking about the bottom line-never mind that 50% of the workforce in Japan don't have , and are not likely to ever have full time jobs.
Never mind, at least the upper management in China can imagine that the Chinese are almost the same as a Japanese worker.....

Hope they have anti riot insurance, whenever the fools decide to riot and destroy Japanese owned businesses and properties.

No, they know they're not the same. Their workers are the ones with the jobs...

So much for "Abenomics."

That means Communist Chinese Government can be more able to blackmail Japan.

Built with the latest technology I'm sure. Is it worth handing that over for some potential short-term gain? Looks like another sell-out to me. Sad.

Funding the war mongers. When are these companies going to learn. Make a little less profit and keep it in Japan please.
Large Japanese companies that refuse to go to China should get more publicity, a lot more. They should make it a selling point, loudly and proudly

Honda you shouldn't feed the monster!
The west needs to be think of cutting investment in China, not making more, the investment of the last 4 decades has led China to where it is today, its has helped Chinese people some, but is now causing real havoc for the rest of the world, STOP feeding the monster!

May I know, why HONDA is not building a factory in it's own homeland ???.

Simply, Honda wants to make profit and stay competitive. China is a huge market and tons of money to be made there.
Even Boeing is deciding to set up an aircraft plants in China.

Maybe 10 or 20 or 50 years from now China will be competing in first-world markets.
Why should today's executives care about "10 or 20 or 50 years from now"? Chances are high they personally will suffer no bad effects for today's decisions.
