Great news, record capital inflows into US now taking place, the re-industrialization of US is happening due to the election of DJT. Hyundai Group also building their first US Steel Mill to support their US auto production!
Many other automakers and parts suppliers are busy expanding in the US now to avoid tariffs, favorable regulatory environment, low tax rates and cheap energy.
Plus, no more need for $expensive trans ocean shipping

$Manufacturing in the US is only 9% of the economy.

Importance of manufacturing increasing rapidly as more and more companies realize cutting edge innovation in tech. requires greater and greater ability to manufacture vs. outsourcing, which is too slow, risky and $expensive.
Americans very happy with DJT leading US economy, requiring trading partners open up their markets and/or $pay to access US markets = Reciprocity!
Reindustrialization of US is REAL due to DJT = MAGA

Oh wait!
Yet again, I’m afraid clarification is needed here. The walls have very often closed in on this type of claim.

This is very good news for the US. Auto manufacturing in the US has for decades provided many excellent paying jobs. In addition to the actual manufacturing plants, the auto industry definitely spins off into many other areas of solid employment. The "1300 American jobs" is just the jobs at the plant. Many supplier and other associated positions will undoubtedly be created.
Hyundai has shown itself to be a very talented company with the rapid deployment of vehicles into multiple segments from sedans to vans to SUVs.
