Unfair, you say. ANA, because they were not inept like you, were disadvantaged when the government threw our money at you. So your competitive advantage meant ANA's business suffered as a result. Only seems fair that this absurd state of affairs is corrected. Let us guess, who will pay for all the jumped up legal nonsense? What was that? Can you speak up a bit - we cannot hear you.

Why don't they just auction the slots. Get some money for the taxpayers and less power for the bureaucrats.

Hal rep says: “But this process has not been transparent and we think the decision is irrational.”
When has Jal ever been transparent and/or rational?

Mama's boy is crying AGAIN!!!?? The stuck-up, nose-in-air, airline (?) need to compete with the rest of the us. I remember the time when sugar daddy threw tons of money at JAL and the pride of Japan, after deregulation, went into a tailspin and bust. I guess they still think that they are the state airline. JAL will probably crash land again.

Healthy competitive environment but biased toward JAL... Healthy indeed...
