It wasn't that long ago smoking was still being allowed on Airdo flights. Quite the airline.

Not surprised here, but... I hope Air Safety is not compromised by these smaller Companies, maintenance, and Pilot work hours "must" be strictly monitored, and I mean, really strictly!
Similarly, I hope that Alcohol testing prior to take-off is 100% compulsory and enforced for Domestic flights too.
In Japan, are these conducted by the Airline or an independent body ? ... I hope the latter...
