Yes I agree with the above. I never use ANA for pleasure trips and in addition for business trips, I simply prefer the Business Class of Cathay Pacific and Singapore Airlines

That’s only one part of the equation. If the service was equivalent to cheaper offerings they would not be seeing large profits at all - people would only be going for the cheap option. There is a reason why people (myself included) are willing to pay more for ANA flights.
