At least now they stopped blame on piracy, one of the problem is they haven't changed their business.

They should make mangga accessible legally worldwide, they just keep doing business the way they are doing now and complaining that sales down.

Are the Digital sales included ?

I see more people on trains reading Manga in Digital format, than paper these days... perhaps the Government figures can't capture those numbers ?
