Besides must be very climate clean thing to ship it again somewhere what was shipped to Japan before.

No, What the article is telling us is that gas that was on contract to be sold and shipped to Japan is being released from those contracts so it may be shipped to Europe. The gas is coming from other nations but now the loads will be sent to European destinations instead of Japan.

Not quite how it works. The US is giving Ukraine weapons with no expectation of payment and the US taxpayer will foot the bill for these.

And obtw the US is indeed shipping gas to the EU. Much of the gas shipped overseas from the US was already locked up in long term contracts with other nations such as a recent 20 year deal to supply gas from the US Gulf Coast to China. Due to falling demand in China about two dozen or more of those loads intended for Chinese customers have been diverted to the EU.
