Japan largely has itself to blame. Refusing to play ball, innovate and progress - even after capitalizing off generations of slaves ever since the war. Meanwhile, the world is moving on.

Bla bla ba! This small deficit is only being compared to last year and on a ‘tit for tat’ scale. The real issue is, how does this compare with exports from ten or twenty years ago? That is what they should be focusing on and very worried about.
