The 240 day reserve will not keep things at a normal level for that long. Storage locations are all over the place and distribution from locations where specific products are stored to specific refineries will not be easy. If a major disruption occurs expect to be majorly disrupted for many months or even years.

Long long passed time to stop burning so much oil and gas and find alternatives, unless people want to remain beholden to big oil, be it from Iran, Russia, the UAE, Kuwait, Texas or any other place governed by a handful of that area's richest people, fossils that care nothing about the environmental problems caused by burning huge amounts of fossil fuels, and that profit more from global tensions.
