This is all that matters to the Japanese Government. Trade surplus and a stable yen. Not shutting down the nuclear plants to keep people safe, not evacuating areas which are potentially catastrophic for people's health. Just money, money, money.

Now if only the idiot, corrupt politicians could feel our pain, the regular workers here in Japan, then maybe then they would actually start to worry about us, but the Japanese workers are strong, they will better their country, in spite of the fools running Nagatacho.
