If the location is Hiroshima, I hope they build it on high ground, inland. That area is projected to have serious tsunami damage in the Nankai Trough Earthquake projections. Same goes for Mie for WD and Kioxia.

Globalization failed by shifting the "entire" manufacturing centers to a single location.... China, Vietnam, etc.

Now we're seeing the consequences of that.

A far more sensible approach, is to distribute Production, which is a win win situation for all.
