Great...sell more coffin nails to 3rd world customers because in the more developed world people are cutting back on smoking.

What a despicable business.

Its pretty terrible, and so difficult to talk about anything sensible related to smoking with so many people that can't see past their next hit.

As nippori said - the developed world has wizened up to these death-mongers games, they now are seeking fresh killing fields to push their wares.

This story should attract serious attention / debate here in Japan, but sadly it won't.
