Sure, get a many people as possible hooked on nicotine - great business!

It's really quite sad, actually. The Japanese gov't subsidizes tobacco production, and owns a signficant portion of JT's stocks. And it has been proven that people in lower income households tend to smoke more. Incomes drop, more smoking, more profits.... Ah! Maybe this is the REAL third arrow of Abenomics!
